Pamela Garcia joined Performance Properties in 1990 and as Vice President oversees all facets of operations. With an extensive background in asset management, her expertise lends to the value-add strategies of the company. Pamela’s wealth of experience includes overseeing operations both on-site and at the corporate level including asset management and investor relations. With a commitment to property performance at the highest level, she has the ability to analyze operations at a macro level and implement the strategies required to meet these goals at a micro level.  Through the years, she has directed the renovations of thousands of units including design and construction management.

Driven by a strong commitment to improve the lives and community we serve, she has most recently worked with Esperanza Building Blocks whose mission was to enhance the quality of life for the Maham submarket in Dallas. In addition, Pamela has also served on boards at St.Thomas Aquinas School, Lake Highlands High School and Ursuline Academy.  While attending the University of Texas, she majored in Psychology and minored in Economics.
