Over the course of his 30 year career in real estate investment management, Todd has worked hand-in-hand with institutional clients as well as small private clients throughout the U.S., bringing his experience as a chief investment officer as well as a member and president across a number of boards. He has led over 2.5 billion of transactions across all real estate sectors domestically and internationally.

His experience and client/partner roster include Morgan Stanley, RREEF, GE Capital, Cornerstone, Prudential, Trademark among others.

Todd attended Southern Methodist University where he studied political science. He lives in Dallas with his wife and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle.
