David McQuaid is a partner at Performance Properties, LLC, where he has worked since 1987. After ten years of apartment brokerage, he began working in 1997 with high-net-worth investors to acquire value-add multifamily projects in Oak Lawn and East Dallas. He works with investors and lenders, as well as underwriting opportunities as they arise in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Houston.

David lives in Dallas with his wife and has three grown children. He enjoys traveling, photography, live music and spending time with his family.

Over the course of his almost 40 year career in real estate investment management, Todd has worked hand-in-hand with institutional clients as well as private clients throughout the U.S., bringing his experience as a chief investment officer as well as a member and president across a number of boards. He has led over 2.5 billion of transactions across all real estate sectors domestically and internationally.

His experience and client/partner roster include Morgan Stanley, RREEF, GE Capital, Cornerstone, Prudential, Trademark among others.

Todd attended Southern Methodist University where he studied political science. He lives in Dallas with his wife and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle.
