David McQuaid is a partner at Performance Properties, LLC, where he has worked since 1987.  After ten years of apartment brokerage, he began working in 1997 with high-net-worth investors to acquire value-add multifamily projects in Oak Lawn and East Dallas.  He works with investors and lenders, as well as underwriting opportunities as they arise in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.

David is committed to the neighborhoods he serves, and has been involved with Building Blocks in the Esperanza neighborhood in North Dallas as well as serving on the boards of East Dallas Weed & Seed, EDCO and Friends of the Santa Fe Trail.

David lives in Dallas with his wife and has three grown children.  He enjoys biking, photography, live music and spending time with his family.
